Who we are

Dataspace GovernanceOps AI provides online training on India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For the personal data we collect from learners, we act as a Data Fiduciary.

What we collect (data minimisation)

We collect only what we need to provide the service: your name and email; a securely hashed password (for email/password accounts); your learning progress; and payment essentials processed by our payment provider. We do not sell your data.

Why we use it (purpose & consent)

We process your data to create your account, deliver courses, issue certificates, take payment, and communicate with you about the service. We capture your consent at signup and record when it was given.

Your rights as a Data Principal

You can access and correct your information, export a copy of your data, and request deletion of your account — from your account page. You may also raise a grievance by contacting us.

Security

We protect your data with hashed passwords, encrypted transport (HTTPS), least-privilege access controls, and audit logging of sensitive actions.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymise it on a verified deletion request, subject to any legal retention obligations.
