1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Dataspace GovernanceOps AI, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The service

We provide online awareness training about the DPDP Act, 2023, including lessons, quizzes, scenarios, a glossary and certificates.

3. Not legal advice

All content is educational and provided for awareness only. It is not legal advice and must not be relied upon as such. Consult a qualified professional for advice on your specific situation.

4. Purchases & access

Courses are sold per-course as one-time purchases. Team licenses grant a fixed number of seats. Access is granted on successful payment and is non-transferable except via seat reassignment by an organisation admin.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share account credentials, redistribute course content, or attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Certificates

Certificates attest to completion of training on this platform. They do not certify legal compliance of any organisation.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the service.
